Blessed Gjelosh was born on the September 9, 1925, in Ndreaj of Shoshi, of the Diocese of Pult, now The Struga-Pult. From the age of 7, he attended schools in The Minor Frets and then at the Papnor Albanian Seminary. He studied in Italy. He was secretary of the Military Hospital of Kumanovo and a member of the political organization "Albanian Union". He was arrested and imprisoned in The Struga on March 12, 1945, when he was 20 years old, on charges that he had created the Albanian Demochristian Union party.

At trial, prosecutor AranI Cela sought the death penalty for Gjelosh Lulash, Father Danjel Dianin S.I., Father Giovanni Fausti S.I., Father John Shlakun O.F.M., seminarian Mark Chunin and young Qerim Sadikun. After the Court gave this decision on February 22, 1946, from Tirana, with Enver Hoxha's firm, the approval to shoot them arrives.

On March 4, 1946, the six death row inmates were shot dead at 5 a.m. and left there. They are considered martyrs for the faith.
